AS 06.50.460(a) limits charges to a nonrefundable origination fee of up to $5 plus a fee not exceeding $15 per $100 advanced or 15% of the advance, whichever is less. Max $500 outstanding (AS 06.50.410); minimum duration 14 days (AS 06.50.440); no more than two consecutive renewals (AS 06.50.470).
