Rate cap
No stated APR cap; fees are capped instead. A deferred presentment provider may charge a fee not exceeding 10% of the currency/payment instrument provided, plus a verification fee authorized under s. 560.309(8). The 10% fee may not be applied to the verification fee. No other fees are permitted.

Single-payment: fee capped at 10% of the amount advanced plus a verification fee of up to $5 (s. 560.309(8)). Installment deferred presentment (up to $1,000, 60-90 days): fee capped at 8% of the outstanding balance on a biweekly basis.
